“A safe and reliable water supply is an important aspect of Central Lake Ontario Conservation’s core business,” says Perry Sisson, Director of Engineering and Operations. With an estimated 7,500 private wells in our jurisdiction alone, the risks associated with contaminating groundwater resources through improper well management are significant. We want to make sure landowners have the tools to be good stewards of their water and comfortable with the tasks required to maintain and manage their wells and conserve water around the home and farm. ”
This event is FREE, however participants are asked to register in advance. Online registration is available or contact the Conservation Office at (905) 579-0411, ext. 126.
Thank You - Central Lake Ontario Conservation would like to express our appreciation to the Region of Durham Health Department and Eades Well Drilling for supporting this workshop.
