Open Data Portal

The Open Data portal contains data that is freely available for public use. Please refer to the open data license agreement for dataset uses and limitations. New datasets will continue to be added and existing datasets updated periodically. In addition, the Portal hosts many web applications, including Regulated Areas and Floodplain Mapping. You will also find links to CLOCA's municipal and regional partners’ Open Data sites and other useful provincial and federal resources.

DATA REQUESTS

In order to obtain digital data that is not available on the Open Data Portal, interested parties must complete CLOCA's Data Request Form, specifying the required data sets, and submit it to datarequests@cloca.com. Staff will review the request and generate an Intellectual Properties (IP) Agreement, listing all requested data, that will form a binding licence agreement between CLOCA and the requesting party.

PLEASE NOTE: Data will not be released until the IP Agreement has been signed and returned, and all applicable fees have been paid.
